What our customers say
Customer reviews
Wore these every day of our trip to Portugal and my feet never once complained. The arch support is the real deal.

Ordered my size like the guide suggested and the fit is perfect. Genuinely more comfortable than sandals twice the price.

Lovely sandals, true to size. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish they came in a wide fit too.

The arch support makes such a difference on long shifts on my feet. Ordering a second pair already.

Straps softened up after the first wear and haven't rubbed once. Love that they're vegan too.

Frequently asked questions
Are the cords adjustable?
Yes — slide the side cords to bring the fit in slightly narrower, or loosen them for a wider fit.
Do the straps stretch out over time?
No. The braided cords hold their shape wear after wear, so they won't loosen up the more you wear them.
How much arch support do the Elevate soles give?
The Elevate sole adds 1.7cm of lift at the front and 2.8cm at the heel, with a contoured arch built into the footbed itself.
Are they comfortable for wide feet?
Elevate is built on our standard width. If you have wider feet, we'd recommend sizing up half a size and adjusting the side cords.
Can I wear them on longer walks?
Yes — the contoured footbed and flexible sole make them comfortable for all-day wear, including long walks.
How do I clean them?
Hand wash with warm water and a mild soap, then leave them to air dry.
Are they waterproof?
They're water-repellent rather than fully waterproof — perfect for rain showers, splashes, and a walk on wet sand, but we wouldn't recommend fully submerging them.
